Services Included
System Design
Our technicians will survey your site to determine the optimal placement of WiFi equipment. A speed test on your existing ISP connection will be performed to determine if it is adequate for the expected system usage.
We will recommend firewalls, routers, switches and access points best suited for your site and complete the installation at a time least disruptive to your operation. Richmond Tech and Telecom recommends Ubiquiti Unifi products for all applications.
System Management
Our system is remotely monitored and managed by our Network Operations Center (NOC), and we provide a toll free number with 24 hour availability for users to call with any connection issues.
Special Events Equipment Rental
If your organization has a temporary need for a robust WiFi system at special events, our a-la carte services include an on-site network engineer, equipment rental and data cable installation.
